Shipping and Handling
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Most orders placed Monday – Friday before 12pm PST are shipped out the same day, however, we do not guarantee this. Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 5:00pm PST.
Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. After an order has been received in our system, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship. Shipments are sent using USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Standard Overnight. Shipping times are dependent on location from our main warehouse and fulfillment center located in California. Typical shipping times may vary from 4 -7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times. This does not include any potential for inclement weather or holidays. RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be returned to receive a refund. Once the product is received a refund will be issued. We’ll provide you with a refund in the form of original payment. Products purchased online cannot be returned in stores. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Online purchases cannot be exchanged by mail.
1) Email us at sales@TwoRingsCBD.com ASAP to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 7-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.
2) Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to sales@TwoRingsCBD.com so we can keep an eye out for it.
3) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s the condition, we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.

When you submit an order through our checkout page, it begins to process and can’t be changed or canceled.
